WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. You can also arrange monthly payments with Affirm* at checkout.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and most international regions (Europe, APAC, and rest of world). If you are unable to choose a shipping option for your destination, contact us.
 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you receive an order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and federal holidays excluded). Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on the destination and delivery method you selected. You can track your package by entering the tracking number at the link below.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
We offer free shipping and returns within the United States. For international orders, the cost of shipping will be calculated for you at checkout and will be based on the package size & weight, the shipping destination, and shipping speed. 

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES OR VAT?
YES. If you live outside of the United States, you will be responsible for paying all applicable import duties and VAT at the time of delivery. All prices and taxes assessed during checkout are exclusive of import duties and VAT taxes. We do not collect these taxes. 

If you refuse your package or fail to pay the duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the costs of return shipping and any additional taxes, fees, or penalties assessed from your refund.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change or cancel an order after it has been confirmed. However, if it has been less than 12 hours since you placed the order, chat or email us and we will try our best!

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with all original and security tags intact, and in the same condition that you received it. When trying on for the first time, we recommend being mindful of any makeup, lotions, or deodorants that might stain the garment. If the returned garment requires cleaning, you may be responsible for these costs. You can also view our full return policy HERE.

WHERE CAN I FIND SIZE AND FIT ADVICE?
You can find our size guide on each product page underneath the size options. Please note that our styles are closer to a european fit than standard US sizing, so please compare your measurements to the size chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If you need help determining your size, feel free to contact us.

 

 

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS/PRICE MATCHES?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments or price matches. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter for sales, promotions and other alerts to ensure you don't miss any price opportunities. You can find the newsletter sign up at the bottom of the page.
